ATP has released the draft schedule for 2017 . The 2017 calendar represent a continuation of the current calendar, underpinned by the nine ATP World Tour Masters 1000 events, 13 ATP World Tour 500s, and 40 ATP World Tour 250s, with all roads leading to the spectacular season-ending Barclays ATP World Tour Finals in London.
Over 50 per cent of all events will be held in Europe, hosting a total of 34. North America will stage 14 tournaments, Asia eight, South America and Oceania four each and Africa one.
But we will only have one in Africa ops!!!! does this mean tennis is developing very slowly in Africa continent because we only have one out of many international tournaments for the professional players.
